Welcome to Falling Fury. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Falling Fury (the "App").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

2.1 Personal Data
Falling Fury does NOT collect any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not ask for your:

- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Location Data
- Device Identifiers
- Photos
- Camera Access
- Microphone Access
- Contacts
- Social Media Information
2.2 Locally Stored Data
The App stores the following data ONLY on your local device using SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device:
- Best Score
- Total Games Played
- Total Survival Time
- Total Coins Collected
- Achievement Progress
This data is stored solely to provide gameplay features such as high score tracking and achievement unlocking. It is not transmitted to any server or third party.
3. INTERNET & NETWORK ACCESS
Falling Fury is a fully offline application.
The App does NOT:
- Connect to the internet
- Transmit data to external servers
- Use cloud storage or cloud sync
- Make API calls or network requests
- Require internet permission
The App functions entirely without an internet connection and will never require one.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Falling Fury does NOT integrate any third-party services, including:
- Google Analytics
- Firebase
- AdMob
- Crashlytics
- Social Media SDKs
- Payment Processors
- Authentication Providers
No third party has access to any information from the App.
5. PERMISSIONS USED
The App requests only one device permission:
- VIBRATE — Used to provide haptic feedback when the player collides with an obstacle (Game Over).
This permission does not grant access to any personal data.
No other permissions are requested or used.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Falling Fury is suitable for users of all ages.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
The App does not:
- Display advertisements
- Include in-app purchases
- Link to external websites or social media
- Enable communication between users
We are fully compliant with COPPA and Google Play Families Policy requirements.
7. DATA SECURITY
Since Falling Fury does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers, the risk of a personal data breach is effectively zero.
All locally stored game progress data is protected by your device's built-in storage security mechanisms.
8. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
8.1 Retention
Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
8.2 Deletion
You can remove all locally stored game data by:
- Uninstalling the App
- Going to Settings → Apps → Falling Fury → Clear Data
Once deleted, progress cannot be recovered because no cloud backup exists.
9. ADVERTISING
Falling Fury contains NO advertisements.
The App does not display:
- Banner Ads
- Interstitial Ads
- Rewarded Video Ads
- Native Ads
- Sponsored Content
No advertising SDK is included in the App.
10. IN-APP PURCHASES
Falling Fury does NOT offer any in-app purchases.
All game features are available without payment. There are no subscriptions, premium upgrades, coin packs, or locked content requiring payment.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
The updated version will be made available through the App and/or Play Store listing.
12. YOUR RIGHTS
Even though we do not collect personal data, you have the right to:
- Know what data is stored locally on your device
- Delete locally stored data at any time
- Contact us regarding privacy concerns
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved under those laws.
